Biography: Parents: Mother was a journalist and father is an army officer. Grew up in a military base in Nevada desert. In 1988, the family moved to New York. She graduated summa cum laude from New York University writing her master’s thesis on terrorism. Also participated in many student internships at military bases. In 2000, she was personally involved in the investigation after a big terrorist attack at a mall where her mother was killed. It was then that she was recruited to the FBI by Gordon Gregers.
